Falling Goose is a milk tea pop-up built around Chinese loose-leaf tea, simple ingredients, and a culture-first approach. The milk tea menu focuses on three selected teas: jasmine green, duck shit oolong, and big red robe oolong. Inspired by listening cultures across Asia, Latin America, and beyond, the project treats tea as a medium for gathering, connection, and cultural discovery.
